By accessing or using Air Wave, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Air Wave (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Air Wave, and 18+ to broadcast mature-rated content. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Creator Revenue
Air Wave operates a 95/5 revenue split: creators retain 95% of eligible subscription, tip, and gift revenue, and Air Wave retains 5% to operate the platform. Payouts are subject to applicable minimums and identity verification.
4. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you create. By streaming, you grant Air Wave a license to host, transmit, and display your content to deliver the Service. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and to follow our Community Guidelines.
5. Payments
Subscriptions, coins, and tips are processed by our payment partners. Purchases of virtual goods (coins, gifts) are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may close your account at any time from your settings.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Air Wave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
